The short version: we collect only what we need to answer your messages and book your appointments, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you choose to share. We use it only to reply to you. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf.
Booking
Appointments are booked through Square. Any information you enter there (including payment details and intake answers) is handled by Square under Square's privacy policy. We never see or store your card numbers.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not run advertising or analytics trackers. The contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
