Everything you need to know before your visit, so there are no surprises, just a relaxing appointment.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required to book and holds your spot. Your deposit is applied to your service total at checkout, so it's never an extra cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens! Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so someone else can take your time.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service price
- Same-day cancellation: 75% of the service price
- No-call, no-show: 100% of the service price
Late Arrivals
Arriving 10–15 minutes late may mean your service is shortened or needs to be rescheduled, so every client gets their full appointment time.
Minors
Clients under 18 are welcome with parent or guardian consent. Teen facials are one of our favorite ways to build healthy skin habits early.
Health & Safety
For your safety, we can't perform services over active wounds, sunburned skin, contagious skin conditions, cold sores, or irritated skin. If you're not sure whether something applies to you, reach out before booking and we'll figure it out together.
Payments
We accept cash, Venmo, credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Upcoming Closures
The studio will be closed July 31 – August 2, 2026. Online booking will show available times around the closure.
