Everything you need to know before your visit, so there are no surprises, just a relaxing appointment.

Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to book and holds your spot. Your deposit is applied to your service total at checkout, so it's never an extra cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens! Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so someone else can take your time.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service price
  • Same-day cancellation: 75% of the service price
  • No-call, no-show: 100% of the service price

Late Arrivals

Arriving 10–15 minutes late may mean your service is shortened or needs to be rescheduled, so every client gets their full appointment time.

Minors

Clients under 18 are welcome with parent or guardian consent. Teen facials are one of our favorite ways to build healthy skin habits early.

Health & Safety

For your safety, we can't perform services over active wounds, sunburned skin, contagious skin conditions, cold sores, or irritated skin. If you're not sure whether something applies to you, reach out before booking and we'll figure it out together.

Payments

We accept cash, Venmo, credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay / Google Pay.

Are you taking new clients?
Yes! New clients are always welcome at Rosemary Esthetics. Book online through Square, or call or text (208) 521-0938 with any questions before your first visit.
How do I book an appointment?
All booking happens online through Square. Pick your service, choose a time, and pay a 20% deposit to hold your spot. The deposit goes toward your service total.
How should I prep for a facial?
Arrive with clean skin if you can, pause retinol and strong exfoliants for a few days beforehand, and avoid fresh sun exposure. We'll handle the rest.
Do I need a patch test for tints or lamination?
Sometimes. A patch test may be required for lash or brow tints and lamination, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of reactions. Reach out before booking if you're unsure.
Is there anything you can't treat?
For your safety we can't treat active wounds, sunburned skin, contagious skin conditions, cold sores, or irritated skin. If you're not sure whether that applies to you, reach out before booking.
How often should I get a facial?
Every 4 to 6 weeks works beautifully for most skin, matching your skin's natural renewal cycle. Jillian will suggest a cadence that fits your skin and your goals.
